Our program delivers palliative care that reduces the discomfort of an illness when curative treatments have been unsuccessful. However, in the event of end of life situation, Accurate Hospice intends to be of assistance every step of the way with the family to provide spiritual ad emotional support with respect on the family request and privacy.

Hospice service is a unique program to give comfort and individualized care to your loved one confronted with a life limiting illness. It is designed to assist families when facing the decision when a loved one’s condition becomes unmanageable and needy. The care is provided in home settings, Assisted Living, Nursing Homes and hospitals. The service is provided 24/7 days a week by experienced, well trained physicians, registered nurses, LVN’s, counselors, care givers, dieticians, physical therapist and trained volunteers. Spiritual and emotional co nseling is provided to both the patient and the family member as requested. Although hospice is palliative in nature we help the family deal with the situation when end of life is eminent.

We ensure that our team looks upon death and dying  process naturally and we don’t promote premature death. Our hospice team works together to provide physical, emotional and spiritual care to our patients and their families. In the event of death it is our commitment to procide spiritual counseling to the famlies up to 13 months from the time their love one passes away with respect to the family wishes and request.
